OUGD503 - YCN - Royal Opera House Brief - Further Research

Considering a large group of individuals, and the brief, state that ballet is perceived as expensive, my research into the Royal Opera House's prices for ballet has confirmed that it really doesn't have to be.

For young, culturally engaged people, they are likely to attend gigs, theatre and exhibitions. To see an independent gig can range from £7 - £22, depending on the location and popularity of the band which is more expensive than cheaper seats at the Opera House. Perhaps increasing the target audiences awareness of the cheap ticket AND the Friday Rush will encourage them to try out ballet.

49

I can take the number 49 forward as that is the amount of tickets that The Royal Opera House release for cheap. Researched into the associations and connotations of the number 49:

  • "Days of 49" - a Bob Dylan song
  • The atomic number of indium.
  • It appears in the Padovan sequence:
