Intern Takeover:


For the intern takeover we had 24 hours to get the content ready from each day and sent to Alec to upload to Instagram and Twitter. This meant Sammy and I had to work quickly and efficiently to meet client deadlines.




Day 3 - Chris Shuttleworth & Eve Warren



Day 4 - Shannie Mears & Will de Groot



On Creative Convos day four, intern introduced us to Shannie Mears and Will de Groot, the brilliant co-founders of The Elephant Room. A new ad agency whose mission is to challenge the lack of diversity and awareness in the industry. We dissected campaigns, asked what the role of advertising was and what we wanted from it, then were invited to submit ideas for a client brief that the team are working on at present.


Day 5 - Abraham Asefaw:



Abraham Asefaw of The Pop Up Agency gave us the perfect end to the week, sharing his 6 years of experience running a globetrotting business. We discussed needs, values and understanding our own value.

A workshop structured around some of the tools that Pop Up use to solve briefs in 48hrs, saw us formulate business ideas based on our needs and values. It was empowering, enlightening and a great way to wrap things up on a rad week of insight. Big thanks to intern for lining it up and to LAU Graphics for empowering it all.
