Decided to break down and analyse the quote in order to stimulate initial concepts:
Cleaning Sponge:
Iconic yellow cleaning sponges play to my advantage as it is in my allocated colour scheme.
Natural sponge:
Interesting textures
Used as a tool by artists
Immediate reaction is to use the sponge as a design tool. - Unique textures can be applied to the design.
Printing - Sponge printing in a DIY sense is fun and playful however I can apply this to a considered outcome in order to stand out. The brief highlights this as an opportunity to let loose therefore I intend to be experimental and expressive.

Used Univers' variety of weights and styles to represent the type absorbing moisture and expanding:
